This type of hologram is recommended for those who need the maximum degree of protection against counterfeiting or for large regular batches.

Such holograms are used for protection against documents counterfeiting (insurance policies, medical certificates, diplomas, IDs, tickets, etc.), consumer goods counterfeiting (food, drugs, household chemicals, auto parts, household equipment, textiles, etc.) and in many other areas.

When making holograms we must first create a holographic master, a tool for hologram production. We charge a one off cost for it. After it has been made, you only pay for the production of the labels.

We design the master design taking into account your wishes. The master matrix is the property of the customer.

Semi-custom holograms may be of any shapes and sizes within 140*140 mm.

Standard colors: Silver, Gold, Turquoise, Copper, Transparent. You can get any color at your request, when your order cost will be > 50 000 labels.

A semi-custom hologram can be either destructible or non-destructible according to your desire, the cost remains the same. The self-destruction feature protects the hologram from unauthorized re-sticking and allows using the hologram as a seal. It is possible to apply sequential numbering using laser engraving on fully custom holograms.

Due to the complexity and laboriousness of the technological process of creating the master matrix, the production of the first batch takes from 20 to 25 days. Repeated runs are made from 5 to 10 calendar days, depending on the amount of holograms in the run and the production load.

They can be delivered in sheets (frames) or in rolls. Further, security custom labels can be made in the form of hot stamping foil.
